About Shannon Jackson Arnold
For more than 10 years as part of her continuing journey to inspire people into their fullest expression, Shannon's work has transformed more than 1,000 lives through her classes, retreats, private coaching, manuscript consults, and keynote speeches.
She is the author of Everybody Loves Ice Cream: The Whole Scoop on America's Favorite Treat and the past editor-in-chief of OHIO Magazine. As one of the nation's foremost experts on ice cream, she served as a consultant and spokesperson for Breyers Ice Cream and has been featured in such media outlets as USA Today, The New York Post, the History Channel, the Food Network and Voice of America in addition to more than 75 radio stations across the country. Her varied background also includes experience in radio, freelance magazine writing, newspapers and marketing communications.
Shannon lives in the Town of Delafield, Wisconsin, with her husband and daughter.
She loves flowers, travel, photography, exploring possibilities, and the inherent truth and beauty of life.
