For more than 10 years as part of my continuing journey to inspire people into their fullest expression, I have been honored to have inspired more than 1,000 lives through classes, retreats, private coaching, manuscript consults, and keynote speeches.
I am on the Virtual Faculty for www.spiritauthors.com, a virtual learning community for authors in the mind-body-spirit genre.
I am the author of Everybody Loves Ice Cream: The Whole Scoop on America's Favorite Treat and the past editor-in-chief of OHIO Magazine.
As one of the nation's foremost experts on ice cream, I served as a consultant and spokesperson for Breyers Ice Cream and have been featured in such media outlets as USA Today, The New York Post, the History Channel, the Food Network and Voice of America in addition to more than 75 radio stations across the country.
My varied background also includes experience in radio, freelance magazine writing, newspapers and marketing communications.
I live in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, with my husband and daughter.
I love flowers, words, poetry, travel, taking pictures of flowers, exploring possibilities, and the inherent truth and beauty of life.
I am a passionate spiritual seeker, a voracious reader and curious about discovering more about herself and others.
I am a lifelong learner who is committed to expanding my understanding of myself and the nature of the universe.
I am a graduate of the two-and-half-year development program, Future Thinking, taught by Jan Smith of the Center for Authentic Leadership.
I am also a graduate of the seven-month Spiritual Mastery and Advanced Spiritual Mastery, taught by the Rev. Martina Schmidt of the Joyful Living Center. She also studio life patterning biography work under the guidance of Linda Bergh (out of teachings by Rudolph Steiner) for more than three years, among other classes and training.
